把聚氨酯保溫管的保溫資料和工作鋼管經(jīng)過一定工序使之分離,在后呢就會構(gòu)成一個整體,保溫構(gòu)造和工作鋼管在管道熱收縮時一定是一同運動的。外套管與保溫構(gòu)造層之間有10~20mm的間隙,這樣的設(shè)計構(gòu)造不只可以起到良好的保溫作用,關(guān)于排潮來說也是一種牢靠的通道。工作鋼管與外套管之距離一段間隔就用一組隔熱導(dǎo)向支架來停止支撐,這樣能夠減少管道位移時的摩擦力,使之在挪動的時分會愈加的煩瑣快速。
