高溫預(yù)制直埋保溫管主要由四部分組成。

1.作業(yè)鋼管：根據(jù)輸送介質(zhì)的技能要求分別選用有縫鋼管、無(wú)縫鋼管、雙面埋弧螺旋焊接鋼管。

4. Leakage alarm line: When manufacturing high-temperature prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe, an alarm line is embedded in the insulation layer near the steel pipe. Once leakage occurs somewhere in the pipeline and is transmitted by the alarm line, it can alarm on the special detection instrument and show the precise direction of leakage and the magnitude of leakage, so as to notify the maintenance personnel quickly. Treatment of leaking pipes ensures the safe operation of heat supply network.

According to foreign materials, the service life of high-temperature prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipe can reach more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times longer than that of traditional trench laying and overhead laying.
