1. 風(fēng)力因素: 噴涂作業(yè)時(shí),要求風(fēng)速在 5m /s 以下。因?yàn)轱L(fēng)速超過 5m /s ,將吹失反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的熱量,以致影響聚氨酯泡沫快速發(fā)泡反應(yīng),使產(chǎn)品表面變脆。同時(shí),由于噴涂發(fā)泡機(jī)將原料混合好后,以霧化狀態(tài)噴出,如風(fēng)速過大,將會(huì)吹走霧化顆粒,增大原料損耗,污染環(huán)境。

2.溫度因素: 噴涂時(shí),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境溫度和待噴基材表面溫度范圍應(yīng)該在 15 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ 。如果溫度過低,聚氨酯泡沫和基材的粘接力就會(huì)降低,且噴涂硬泡產(chǎn)品的密度就會(huì)明顯增大;如果溫度過高,發(fā)泡劑損耗太大,不經(jīng)濟(jì)。

3.基材表面因素: 聚氨酯硬質(zhì)泡沫是異氰酸酯和組合聚醚雙組分混合反應(yīng)生成的高分子產(chǎn)品,其中異氰酸酯組分很容易和水反應(yīng)生成脲,如果聚氨酯中脲鍵含量升高,則泡沫塑料將變脆,泡沫與基材的粘接力降低。因此,要求待噴基材表面清潔干燥,要求無銹、無粉塵、無污染、無潮氣。若有露水或霜,應(yīng)予以去除和干燥。
