鋼套鋼復合保溫管保溫構造根據(jù)滑動方式不同可分爲兩大類：

1、內(nèi)滑動式：保溫構造由任務鋼管、硅酸鋁、減阻層、微孔硅酸鈣、隔熱層、不銹鋼緊固鋼帶、鋁箔反射層、聚氨酯保溫層、外套鋼管、外防腐層組成。內(nèi)滑動型保溫鋼管是由保送介質(zhì)的鋼管+復合硅酸鹽或微孔硅酸鈣+硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料+外套鋼管+玻璃鋼殼防腐維護層構造構成。各種管件節(jié)點保溫處置技術成熟，質(zhì)量牢靠。
1. Inner sliding type: Thermal insulation structure is composed of task steel pipe, aluminium silicate, drag reduction layer, micro-porous calcium silicate, thermal insulation layer, stainless steel fastening strip, aluminium foil reflective layer, polyurethane thermal insulation layer, coated steel pipe and external anti-corrosion layer. The inner sliding insulation steel pipe is composed of steel pipe with delivery medium, composite silicate or micro-porous calcium silicate, rigid polyurethane foam plastic, coated steel pipe and FRP shell anti-corrosion maintenance layer. All kinds of tubular joint heat preservation treatment technology is mature and the quality is reliable.
2、外滑動式：保溫構造由任務鋼管、玻璃棉保溫隔熱層、鋁箔反射層、不銹鋼緊固鋼帶、滑動導向支架、空氣保溫層、外護鋼管、外防腐層組成。
2. External sliding type: thermal insulation structure consists of task steel pipe, glass wool thermal insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening belt, sliding guide bracket, air thermal insulation layer, external steel pipe and external anti-corrosion layer.
聚氨酯保溫管從里到外分三層構造：

依據(jù)設計和客戶的要求普通選用無縫鋼管、螺旋鋼管和直縫鋼管。鋼管外表經(jīng)過的拋丸除銹工藝處置后，鋼管除銹等級可達GB8923-1988規(guī)范中的Sa2級，外表粗糙度可達GB6060.5-88規(guī)范中R=12.5微米。

After treatment by advanced shot peening rust removal process, the steel tube rust removal grade can reach Sa2 level in GB8923-1988 specification, and the surface roughness can reach R=12.5 micron in GB6060.5-88 specification.
第二層：聚氨酯保溫層：
Second layer: polyurethane insulation layer:
用高壓發(fā)泡機在鋼管與外護層之間構成的空腔中一次性注入硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料原液而成，即俗稱的“管中管發(fā)泡”。

第三層：高密度聚乙烯維護層：

預制成一定壁厚的黑色或黃色聚乙烯塑料管材。其作用一是維護聚氨酯保溫層免遭機械硬物毀壞，二是防腐、防水。
