聚氨酯直埋保溫管道保溫從里到外分三層構(gòu)造管道保溫一層：任務(wù)鋼管層依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)和客戶的要求普通選用無縫管(GB8163-87)螺旋焊管（GB9711-88;SY/T5038-92)和直縫焊管(GB3092-93)。鋼管外表經(jīng)過的拋丸除銹工藝處置后，鋼管除銹等級可達(dá)GB8923-1988規(guī)范中的Sa2級，外表粗糙度可達(dá)GB6060.5-88規(guī)范中R=12.5微米。

管道保溫第三層：高密度聚乙烯維護(hù)層預(yù)制成一定壁厚的黑色（黃色）塑料管材，其作用一是維護(hù)聚氨酯保溫層免遭機(jī)械硬物毀壞，二是防腐防水。聚氨酯直埋保溫管道保溫使用：合適保送在-50℃—150℃范圍內(nèi)的各種介質(zhì)的保溫保冷工程。它普遍使用于城市集中供熱、暖室、冷庫、煤礦、石油港口、化工等行業(yè)的保溫保冷工程。管道保溫劣勢特點(diǎn)1降低工程造價(jià)。據(jù)有關(guān)部門測算，控制供熱管道，普通狀況下可以降低工程造價(jià)的25％（采用玻璃鋼做維護(hù)層）和10％（采用高密度聚乙烯做維護(hù)層）左右。2熱損耗低，浪費(fèi)動(dòng)力。其導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)爲(wèi)：λ＝0．013—0．03kcal／m·h·oC，比其他過來常用的管道保溫資料低得多，保溫效果進(jìn)步4~9倍。再有其吸水率很低。

約爲(wèi)0．2kg／m2。吸水率低的緣由是由于聚氨酯泡沫的閉孔率高達(dá)92％左右。低導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和低吸水率，加上保溫層和里面防水功能好的高密度聚乙烯或玻璃鋼維護(hù)殼，改動(dòng)了傳統(tǒng)地溝敷設(shè)供熱管道“穿濕棉襖”的情況，大大增加了供熱管道的全體熱損耗，熱網(wǎng)熱損失爲(wèi)2％，小于10％的規(guī)范要求。3防腐，絕緣功能好，運(yùn)用壽命長。由于聚氨酯硬質(zhì)泡沫保溫層嚴(yán)密地粘結(jié)在鋼管外皮，隔絕了空氣和水的滲入，能起到良好的防腐作用。同時(shí)它的發(fā)泡孔都是閉合的，吸水性很小。高密度聚乙烯外殼、玻璃鋼外殼均具有良好的防腐、絕緣和機(jī)械功能。因而，任務(wù)鋼管外皮很舒服到外界空氣和水的腐蝕。只需管道外部水質(zhì)處置好，運(yùn)用壽命可達(dá)50年以上，比傳統(tǒng)的地溝敷設(shè)、架空敷設(shè)運(yùn)用壽命高3~4倍。

As long as the external water quality of the pipeline is disposed well, the service life can reach more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times longer than that of traditional trench laying and overhead laying.
