1. Flat welded steel flange: suitable for joining of carbon steel pipes with nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa. The sealing surface of flat welded flange can be made into lubrication type, concave-convex type and mortise-groove type. Lubricated flat welded flange is the most widely used flange. It is mostly used in tight medium conditions, such as high-pressure non-polluting compressed air and high-pressure circulating water. Its advantages are low price.

2.對(duì)焊鋼法蘭：用于法蘭與管子的對(duì)口焊接，其構(gòu)造合理，強(qiáng)度與剛度較大，經(jīng)得起低溫高壓及重復(fù)彎曲和溫度動(dòng)搖，密封性牢靠。

2. Butt welded steel flange: It is used for butt welding of flange and pipe. Its structure is reasonable, its strength and rigidity are large, it can withstand low temperature and high pressure, repeated bending and temperature shaking, and its sealing is reliable.

3.承插焊法蘭：常用于PN≤10.0MPa，DN≤40的管道中。

4.松套法蘭：松套法蘭俗稱活套法蘭，分焊環(huán)活套法蘭、翻邊活套法蘭和對(duì)焊活套法蘭。常用于介質(zhì)溫度和壓力都不高而介質(zhì)腐蝕性較強(qiáng)的狀況。當(dāng)介質(zhì)腐蝕性較強(qiáng)時(shí)，法蘭接觸介質(zhì)的局部(翻邊短節(jié))爲(wèi)耐腐蝕的初等級(jí)資料如不銹鋼等資料，而內(nèi)部則應(yīng)用高等級(jí)資料如碳鋼資料的法蘭環(huán)夾緊它以完成密封。

4. Loose sleeve flange: Loose sleeve flange is commonly known as looper flange, split welded ring looper flange, flanging looper flange and butt welded looper flange. It is often used in the condition that the temperature and pressure of medium are not high and the corrosiveness of medium is strong. When the medium is corrosive, the local part of the flange contact medium (flanged joint) is the primary grade data of corrosion resistance such as stainless steel, while the flange ring of high grade data such as carbon steel is used to clamp it to complete the sealing.

5.全體法蘭：經(jīng)常是將法蘭與設(shè)備、管子、管件、閥門等做成一體，這種型式在設(shè)備和閥門上常用。
