1、降低工程造價。據(jù)有關(guān)部門測算,雙管制供熱管道,普通狀況下能夠降低工程造價的25%(采用玻璃鋼做維護層)和10%(采用高密度聚乙烯做維護層)左右。
1. Reduce the cost of construction. According to the calculation of relevant departments, double-pipe heating pipeline can reduce the cost of construction by 25% (using FRP as maintenance layer) and 10% (using high density polyethylene as maintenance layer) under normal conditions.
2、熱損耗低,節(jié)約能源。由于直埋管采用聚氨酪硬質(zhì)泡沫塑料停止保溫,其導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為:λ=0.013—0.03kcal/m·h·oC,比其他過去常用的管道保溫資料低得多,保溫效果進步4~9倍。再有其吸水率很低,約為0.2kg/m2。吸水率低的緣由是由于聚氨酯泡沫的閉孔率高達92%左右。低導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和低吸水率,加上保溫層和外面防水性能好的高密度聚乙烯或玻璃鋼維護殼,改動了傳統(tǒng)地溝敷設(shè)供熱管道“穿濕棉襖”的情況,大大減少了供熱管道的整體熱損耗,熱網(wǎng)熱損失為2%,小于10%的規(guī)范請求。
2. Low heat loss and energy saving. Because polyurethane rigid foam plastic is used to stop the heat preservation of directly buried pipes, its thermal conductivity is as follows: lambda = 0.013-0.03kcal/m.h.oC, which is much lower than other commonly used heat preservation data of pipes in the past, and the heat preservation effect is improved by 4-9 times. Low thermal conductivity and low water absorption, together with high density polyethylene (HDPE) or fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) maintenance shell with good insulation layer and external waterproofing performance, have changed the situation of traditional trench laying heating pipeline "wearing wet cotton jacket", greatly reducing the overall heat loss of heating pipeline, heat loss of heating network is 2%, less than the international standard requirements of 10%.
3、防腐,絕緣性能好,運用壽命長。直埋保溫管由于聚氨酯硬質(zhì)泡沫保溫層嚴密地粘結(jié)在鋼管外皮,隔絕了空氣和水的滲入,能起到良好的防腐作用。同時它的發(fā)泡孔都是閉合的,吸水性很小。高密度聚乙烯外殼、玻璃鋼外殼均具有良好的防腐、絕緣和機械性能。因而,工作鋼管外皮很難遭到外界空氣和水的腐蝕。只需管道內(nèi)部水質(zhì)處置好,據(jù)國外材料引見,聚氨酪保溫管道的運用壽命可達50年以上,比傳統(tǒng)的地溝敷設(shè)、架空敷設(shè)運用壽命高3~4倍。
3. Anti-corrosion, good insulation performance and long service life. The directly buried insulation pipe is tightly adhered to the outer skin of the steel pipe because of the rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, which can isolate the infiltration of air and water, and can play a good anti-corrosive effect. At the same time, its foaming holes are closed and its water absorption is very small. High density polyethylene shell and FRP shell have good anti-corrosion, insulation and mechanical properties. Therefore, it is very difficult for the outer skin of the working steel pipe to be corroded by the outside air and water. According to foreign materials, the service life of polyurethane tyre insulation pipeline can reach more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times longer than that of traditional trench laying and overhead laying.
