　　1. 風(fēng)力因素： 噴涂作業(yè)時，要求風(fēng)速在 5m /s 以下。因為風(fēng)速超過 5m /s ，將吹失反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的熱量，以致影響聚氨酯泡沫快速發(fā)泡反應(yīng)，使產(chǎn)品表面變脆。同時，由于噴涂發(fā)泡機將原料混合好后，以霧化狀態(tài)噴出，如風(fēng)速過大，將會吹走霧化顆粒，增大原料損耗，污染環(huán)境。

　　2.溫度因素： 噴涂時，現(xiàn)場環(huán)境溫度和待噴基材表面溫度范圍應(yīng)該在 15 ℃ ～ 35 ℃ 。如果溫度過低，聚氨酯泡沫和基材的粘接力就會降低，且噴涂硬泡產(chǎn)品的密度就會明顯增大;如果溫度過高，發(fā)泡劑損耗太大，不經(jīng)濟。

　　3.基材表面因素： 聚氨酯硬質(zhì)泡沫是異氰酸酯和組合聚醚雙組分混合反應(yīng)生成的高分子產(chǎn)品，其中異氰酸酯組分很容易和水反應(yīng)生成脲，如果聚氨酯中脲鍵含量升高，則泡沫塑料將變脆，泡沫與基材的粘接力降低。因此，要求待噴基材表面清潔干燥，要求無銹、無粉塵、無污染、無潮氣。若有露水或霜，應(yīng)予以去除和干燥。
