1. Inner sliding type: Thermal insulation structure is composed of task steel pipe, aluminium silicate, drag reduction layer, micro-porous calcium silicate, thermal insulation layer, stainless steel fastening strip, aluminium foil reflective layer, polyurethane thermal insulation layer, coated steel pipe and external anti-corrosion layer. The inner sliding insulation steel pipe is composed of steel pipe with delivery medium, composite silicate or micro-porous calcium silicate, rigid polyurethane foam plastic, coated steel pipe and FRP shell anti-corrosion maintenance layer. 2、外滑動(dòng)式：保溫構(gòu)造由任務(wù)鋼管、玻璃棉保溫隔熱層、鋁箔反射層、不銹鋼緊固鋼帶、滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)向支架、空氣保溫層、外護(hù)鋼管、外防腐層組成。

依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)和客戶的要求普通選用無縫鋼管、螺旋鋼管和直縫鋼管。鋼管外表經(jīng)過的拋丸除銹工藝處置后，鋼管除銹等級可達(dá)GB8923-1988規(guī)范中的Sa2級，外表粗糙度可達(dá)GB6060.5-88規(guī)范中R=12.5微米。

用高壓發(fā)泡機(jī)在鋼管與外護(hù)層之間構(gòu)成的空腔中一次性注入硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料原液而成，即俗稱的“管中管發(fā)泡”。
