一層：工作鋼管層，根據(jù)設計和客戶的懇求普通選用無縫管(GB8163)螺旋焊管（GB9711;SY/T5038）和直縫焊管(GB3092)。鋼管表面經過的拋丸除銹工藝處置后，鋼管除銹等級可達GB8923-標準中的Sa2級，表面粗糙度可達GB6060.5標準中R=12.5微米。鋼管表面除污除銹后涂刷一層防腐材料，其作用一是防水，二是改善保溫層與鋼管之間的粘接表面，使它構成一個整體。

第二層：聚氨酯保溫層，用高壓發(fā)泡機在鋼管于特制鋼模具之間構成的空腔中一次性注入硬質聚氨酯泡沫塑料原液而成。即俗稱的“模具發(fā)泡工藝"。聚氨酯泡沫能否發(fā)滿，有任何質量問題便于直接檢驗。其作用一是防水，而是保溫，三是支撐熱網(wǎng)自重。當保送介質溫度為：-50℃—120℃時，選用硬質塑料做保溫層；當保送介質溫度為：-50℃—150℃時，選用硬質塑料做保溫層。

第三層：玻璃鋼維護層用機械濕法纏繞制造而成。其作用一是維護聚氨酯保溫層免遭機械硬物破壞，二是防腐防水，它的耐氣候性、耐酸性、耐海水性較好，但是，樹脂必需用306#、191#、189#、196#等剛性和半剛性不飽和樹脂。玻璃纖維及布必需用白金鉗堝或池窯拉絲而成的中低堿纖維紗，遏止運用土堝拉絲而成的含堿量較高的纖維紗，以確保產質量量。
