把聚氨酯保溫管的保溫資料和工作鋼管經(jīng)過一定工序使之分離，在后呢就會構成一個整體，保溫構造和工作鋼管在管道熱收縮時一定是一同運動的。外套管與保溫構造層之間有10~20mm的間隙，這樣的設計構造不只可以起到良好的保溫作用，關于排潮來說也是一種牢靠的通道。工作鋼管與外套管之距離一段間隔就用一組隔熱導向支架來停止支撐，這樣能夠減少管道位移時的摩擦力，使之在挪動的時分會愈加的煩瑣快速。
