鍍鋅鐵皮、鋁皮架空型聚氨酯預制保溫管主要適用于熱水、蒸汽、冷水等介質(zhì)的輸送,介質(zhì)溫度范圍零下20℃零上150℃。
Galvanized iron sheet and aluminium sheet overhead polyurethane prefabricated insulating pipes are mainly suitable for the transportation of hot water, steam, cold water and other media. The temperature range of the media is from 20 below zero to 150 above zero.
1、保溫性能

該產(chǎn)品采用聚氨酯保溫層結構,有效降低了熱損失;
The product adopts polyurethane insulation layer structure, which effectively reduces heat loss.

保溫管兩端裸露長度150mm-200mm,現(xiàn)場施工時方便對口、焊接;
The exposed length of the two ends of the insulation pipe is 150 MM-200 mm, which is convenient for butting and welding in site construction.
現(xiàn)場保溫補口可采用成品保溫瓦塊或現(xiàn)場發(fā)泡;
The finished insulating tile or foam can be used for the on-site insulation patch.
管件保溫為工廠預制;
Pipe insulation is prefabricated by factory.

制作外護管用的鐵皮采用鍍鋅防腐層,可長期在露天環(huán)境中而不腐蝕;
The galvanized anticorrosive coating is used to make the iron sheet for the outer protective pipe, which can be used in the open air environment for a long time without corrosion.
由于該產(chǎn)品采用了鍍鋅鐵皮、鋁皮代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的聚乙烯外護管,避免了聚乙烯長期在露天環(huán)境下老化的問題;
Because galvanized iron sheet and aluminium sheet are used instead of traditional PE outer protective pipe, the problem of long-term aging of PE in open air environment is avoided.
鍍鋅鐵皮、鋁皮外護管采用螺旋成形結構,該結構整體抗彎性能、結合縫處受力情況好;
Spiral forming structure is adopted for galvanized iron and aluminium sheet outer protective pipe. The overall bending resistance and stress at joint of the structure are good.
4、使用壽命

由于該結構的保溫管為三層結構,工作管及保溫層完全在外護管的保護之下;而外護管采用了鍍鋅防腐層,正常工作條件下可連續(xù)使用30年 。
Because the thermal insulation pipe of this structure is three-layer structure, the working pipe and thermal insulation layer are completely protected by the outer protective pipe, while the outer protective pipe adopts galvanized anticorrosive coating, which can be used continuously for 30 years under normal working conditions.
