How to Connect Polyurethane Foamed Insulation Pipe with Flange
法蘭處的裝置是保證聚氨酯發(fā)泡保溫管的正常運用的重要一環(huán),一定要服從原則裝置、箍緊法蘭。
Flange device is an important part to ensure the normal operation of polyurethane foamed insulation pipe. It must obey the principle of device and tighten the flange.
1、法蘭裝置前,該當檢驗型號及材質(zhì)能否契合要求,法蘭密封面及密封墊不能有缺陷。
1. Before the first flange device, the flange sealing surface and gasket should not be defective when the type and material are checked to meet the requirements.
2、法蘭銜接時維持平行,不能有螺栓強緊的辦法消弭法蘭傾斜,如此會形成法蘭盤受力過大形成分裂,發(fā)生閥門處滲漏。
2. Flange connection should be kept parallel. There should be no way to eliminate the inclination of flange by bolt tightening. This will cause the flange to be subjected to excessive force and split, resulting in leakage at the valve.
3、法蘭之間的密封墊層對照好選用內(nèi)徑比法蘭內(nèi)徑大2mm控制,假設(shè)是大口徑墊片需求拼接處置事,選用斜口搭接的辦法嵌接,不能用平口搭接,預防持久光運用墊片搭接處發(fā)生滲漏。而且法蘭密封墊只能運用一層,不能放雙層或許放偏。
3. Sealing gaskets between flanges are well controlled by 2 mm larger inner diameter than flange inner diameter. Assuming that large-caliber gaskets need to be spliced and disposed of, the method of inclined lapping is selected to be embedded. Flat lapping can not be used to prevent leakage of gaskets lapped by durable light. And the flange gasket can only use one layer, not double or offset.
4、法蘭箍緊螺栓要運用異樣種規(guī)格的螺栓,爲簡便施工,對照好讓螺栓裝置目的一概(螺母位于法蘭盤異樣側(cè))。選用對向辦法上緊螺栓。如此無妨使法蘭受力均勻,箍緊成效好。
4. Bolts of different specifications should be used for flange hoop tightening bolts. For simple construction, the purpose of the bolt device should be uniform (the nut is located on the side of the flange with different specifications). Choose the opposite way to tighten the bolt. In this way, it is no harm to make the flange force uniform and the clamping effect is good.
